You’re right. I’ve checked on BroadTicket and found that they do not appear to be a secondary market seller. According to their website, they are a “legitimate seller” that purchases tickets directly from theaters and other authorized sellers. This means that they are not buying tickets from other people who are no longer able to attend the show, which is what a secondary market seller does.
