Academy Award winner Adrien Brody and Tessa Thompson star in The Fear of 13, Lindsey Ferrentino’s visceral play inspired by the true story of Nick Yarris, a man who spent more than two decades on death row for a crime he did not commit, previewing March 19 and opening April 15, 2026.
New Musicals & Cult Favorites Take the Stage
Set sail in Titanique, a campy journey through *Titanic*’s beloved moments featuring Céline Dion’s iconic songbook, with previews beginning March 26 and opening April 12, 2026. Titanique comes to Broadway following sold-out engagements Off-Broadway and around the world, plus an Olivier Award win.
Schmigadoon! opens at the Nederlander Theatre on April 20, 2026, starring Alex Brightman, Sara Chase, Ana Gasteyer, Ann Harada, and Brad Oscar, with book, music, and lyrics by Cinco Paul — a musical adaptation of Apple TV+’s beloved parody series coming to Broadway following a world premiere in Washington, DC.
Beaches, a new musical inspired by the best-selling novel and blockbuster film, stars Kelli Barrett and Jessica Vosk, with previews beginning March 26 and opening April 22, closing September 6, 2026. The musical features a score by Grammy winner Mike Stoller.
The Broadway return of The Rocky Horror Show stars Luke Evans as Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a mad scientist who takes an innocent young couple on an unforgettable adventure through his weird, wild world. Directed by Sam Pinkleton, this legendary rock-‘n’-roll musical takes on a new life at the iconic Studio 54.
Classics Reimagined
After an award-winning Off-Broadway premiere, Cats: The Jellicle Ball — which reimagines Andrew Lloyd Webber’s *Cats* at an LGBTQ vogue ball — pounces onto Broadway with much of its acclaimed original cast intact, including Tony Award winner André De Shields.
Taraji P. Henson and Cedric “The Entertainer” will star in a major new production of August Wilson’s Joe Turner’s Come and Gone, directed by Golden Globe and four-time Emmy Award winner Debbie Allen, opening April 25, 2026, at the Barrymore Theatre. This revival marks the show’s first major staging in almost two decades.
Looking further ahead, Tom Hiddleston and Hayley Atwell star in Jamie Lloyd’s joy-fueled reinvention of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, set to arrive on Broadway in Fall 2026.
