Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated. Please check your e-tickets for accuracy when you receive them as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Broad Tour(BroadTicket(“SELLER”) acts as an agent only and has no control over the event.
Tickets sold are subject to the rules and regulations of the event organizer/venue, which are available on request.
The event organizer/venue reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised arrangements or featured artists, to refuse admission, and to request latecomers to await admission until a convenient break.
Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk.
If the ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the SELLER, the event organizer/venue, or one of the authorized sub-agents, it will become void and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.
The purchaser must give the correct name and billing address for the selected payment method. If these details are not correct, we reserve the right not to process the booking.
SELLER and any associated company or authorized sub-agent cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the purchaser or their associates/agents in relation to event cancellation or non-appearance. Travel, accommodation, meals, and all other ancillary products whether purchased or not purchased via the ticket supplier are purchased solely at the risk of the ticket purchaser and are not deemed to be connected to the event ticket or the ticket supplier (except when sold as a package that includes specific product content, i.e. restaurant & theatre ticket).
Pricing
All ticket prices quoted online or by phone are inclusive of any taxes, venue restoration fees, and service fees. In the event that an additional handling charge applies, the fee will be displayed or quoted separately at the time of booking. Regardless, the purchaser will be charged one total price per order, inclusive of any taxes, venue restoration fees, booking fees, and handling charges.
Ticket Collection
SELLER will send e-tickets link by email for each set of tickets to each event purchased. Then you can access the link and download the e-tickets.
Wrong E-mail Address
Please note that we are not responsible for customers who provide us with the wrong delivery address (electronic or physical mailing address). No refunds or exchanges will be provided if the result of an incorrect address is a lost package or an undeliverable email. Once orders are placed, any address change for packages that are mailed will incur a minimum $1.00 change fee, which you hereby authorize by making a purchase on this site, and broadticket.com will automatically charge you this amount without additional notification.
Ticket Cancellation/Change and Refunds
In case of show cancellation by the theater, 100% Full Credit will be given for later use.
You can cancel or exchange it for a small fee up to 3 days before the event date. All fees are not refunded. Your tickets are e-tickets, so you can sell them at the resale marketplace if you want.
Cancellation and Exchange policy.
Up to 3 days before the event:
Cancellation or Exchange: 20% fee for tickets.
From 2 days before the event: No Exchange or cancellation.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
SELLER controls and operates this Site from its offices within New Jersey, and the United States. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under New Jersey law without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of this Site must be brought to the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
